Now I'm going to pass you over to the most incredible lady. This lady introduced me to the business I love, adore. We work so well together. We have got the fabulous team. Honestly, like you guys, we have a great organization. There's nearly 500 in the organization just in our team alone.
Speaker 1:Rebecca Sanuga is a two-star director. She's fastly, fastly, fastly approaching three-star and she's one of the main core Jet Set leaders as well, and when I say somebody, they think of an idea. She's very smart, she implements it straight away. She is definitely always leading from the front. She's what I would say and I don't know if you over in America understand this word, but she's a grafter. We call it.
Speaker 1:I would say, and I don't know if you over in America understand this word, but she's a grafter. We call it a grafter, somebody who works very, very hard. She's definitely a grafter and she's always smiling and she's always showing up, and it doesn't matter if she's got a little baby hanging off or whatever. She's there. She's working this business. She lives and breathes it, as do I, and honestly and honestly, guys, we just hope that you love this business as much as we do, because we're very passionate about what we have. We're extremely proud of what we've created and our community, I have to say, is like well, we're just like the best in my opinion. So I'm going to pass over to you now, rebecca, and I'll let you carry on. Thank you so much, jill, and thanks so much for that amazing intro to what we have access to and all of the you carry on.
Speaker 2:Thank you so much, jill, and thanks so much for that amazing intro to what we have access to and all of the paydays. Guys, I hope you took loads of notes then. And just to throw it back to Jill obviously Jill divided herself at the beginning of this call, but she's also an incredible leader. You're very lucky to be having the privilege to be able to work with Jill, as it is a privilege for us to be able to work with yourselves as well, and it's so nice to be able to put some basis to some of the names that we're seeing flying in the chat as well, which is great.
Speaker 2:So my story I've been part of this business now for five years. When I started, I was working a really demanding, high level corporate job, so I was commuting in and out of the office, I had high pressure sales targets and I was also parenting a two-year-old at the time and I was also studying a degree from home. So anyone who can relate to being the busiest person in the world I can definitely relate to feeling that way as well, and one of the things I really loved about this business from day one was that you don't have any targets or pressure and you can do it flexibly around your other commitments. How I actually came across this business was by accident. I saw one of my friends posting about it on social media. She kept it very quiet, very sneaky, sneaky, and then she posted it one day about being a travel advisor and it instantly piqued my interest. I was like how is she doing that? So I reached out to her. I was someone who was really, really impulsive. I signed up off the back of a 10-minute phone call. That 10 minutes completely changed my life forever. Within two years, I'd retired myself from my high-level corporate job, a company that I was at for 13 years. So it, completely on my own terms, never, ever, looked back since. Now I have complete time freedom with this business. I've helped hundreds of people achieve their goals with it as well, big and small, and we're only just getting started Now.
Speaker 2:Jill touched on the timing and positioning of this opportunity. Guys, you are in the best place at the best time, the reason being and again, this is all covered, like in more depth, like in the in-depth training but I'm just going to summarize it for you now, in terms of how long we've been operating, the results and success stories that we've had so far, the ratio of people who are doing this business currently and who have still no idea about the business that we have access to, meaning that it's still completely untouched everywhere, and obviously the new markets that we're yet to open in as well have not even had the privilege of even having IntelliTravel and Planet Marketing in them. Yet Harvard Business School deems this business as a once in a lifetime opportunity, meaning that there's no better time to build your business than now, because not only do you have the benefit of you doing the work and you putting yourself into momentum and benefiting from the hard work that you put into this, whatever that looks like for you in terms of your work ethic and your goals, you're also able to leverage on natural momentum as well, as we continue to grow, which is fantastic. Now touching on momentum and timing and positioning and all of that. One of the things you don't want to do is gatekeep this business. So I was someone who joined my friend who'd literally been in the business a couple of weeks. She didn't know anything about the business herself. She was completely winging life. She did what Jill has advised everyone not to do and she posted about her business before she'd done any training and then she signed me up, not even knowing how to explain the business, which is also one of the reasons why I had a 10 minute phone call but I thought no brainer, I'm doing it anyway. Whatever, let's just roll with it and see what happens.
Speaker 2:And ultimately, even though we've got such an amazing travel product and you'll learn about that more as you begin to use it the commissions are phenomenal. The fact that you can save on your own travel as well is incredible. The tools that are in place and the resources that are in place for you to be a professional travel advisor, booking travel for yourself, family and friends and anyone in your network is just incredible. However, obviously, what we also know with that is you don't always get paid commissions in terms of travel commissions straight away. It can take between 30 and 60 days after travel for you to actually get paid it, which is great when it comes, but means it can be a bit of a slow burner getting your business off the ground, which is understandable. Now, in terms of the referral link that you all have access to, you are able to potentially monetize your business straight away by potentially earning your weekly pay from as soon as the following week, and how we do that is by filling our million dollar seats. Some of you are going to be like million dollar seats. That sounds interesting. Everyone comes into the business with three million dollar seats.
Speaker 2:Now, a little bit of a disclaimer not everyone's going to support you at the beginning. You might have an amazing network of people who just jump on it straight away, like I was with my friend. Not everyone is like that. Some people might not get it, and that is fine, but you can put your head on your pillow at night knowing that you offered someone the opportunity to be in that million dollar seat. The worst thing that you can do is not offer it to someone. Then, in a few years time, be absolutely balling with your residual income coming out of your ears and you've not given someone who you care about the opportunity to be in one of those top spots. It's a no-brainer. Everyone's traveling in one way or another, whether it's budget or high end. You're going to be helping people through this.
