Hey guys, we are back. Happy new year. I am so excited to bring back the it Starts With Heart podcast. The word of the year this year is focus and I thought you know what? Is this podcast part of my goals for 2025? And when I reviewed the pros and cons, I thought, hell yes, it absolutely is. I need to bring back the fire and just share more value around what it is that I'm doing brain dumping, my ideas, sharing what I'm up to and sharing some top tips. I noticed over the last few weeks of speaking to some high caliber, high earning people spending time leveling up my network. I get some of the biggest light bulb moments in just normal day-to-day conversation. It's not on the big trainings, it's not on the big podcast episodes, it's just having a normal conversation and getting into the brains of some people and hearing how they think day-to day. So I thought if I could share a little bit more of that also sharing some more value, some of my lives and the interviews that I'm doing and spreading them far and wide surely it's going to help people in 2025.
Speaker 1:This year, my word of the year is focus. The main areas that I'm focusing on this year are the four B's brain, body, business bank account. Now I feel like I'm always focusing on these things, but this year I am making it really specific to my travel business. I know that I have Mindset Mastery. I know that I've got an online coaching program. I know that I do Mindset Mastery Live. I've got all of this other stuff going on. I've got my planner. If you haven't yet got my 90-day success planner, you can get it in the show notes. It's great for setting 90 day goals and holding yourself accountable for 90 days. I'm about to go into a 90 day run, which I'm really excited about. I do these multiple times a year. The great thing about the planner is that you can start your 90 day run anytime. It's not a set time in terms of like. You have to start on this day, that time or whatever. You do your 90 day runs in your own 90 day runs.
Speaker 1:Ultimately, I wanted to make sure I was focusing on growing this travel business for the whole of 2025 and only doing the things that grow this in 2025. The team is so big now, touching 500 people at the point of recording this podcast. I've got the responsibility of ensuring as many of those people succeed. Also, the hundreds and thousands of people who are going to be joining over the next year, the next two years, next five years and so on. I feel like I have a lot to pour into these people and I've never actually done a full 12 months of focusing purely on that. I've always got other stuff going on. I'm always doing different things with mindset mastery. When I look back on my career of having an online business and where it all started this podcast was created because of when I first started my first ever online business and started pushing myself out of my comfort zone and talking about my business online. That is what essentially grew my confidence, grew my reach on social media, grew my audience and essentially has put me in a position where I've been blessed to have helped hundreds of people thousands in my wider network as well of people achieve their goals, whether they're big or small Dead excited for this month as well.
Speaker 1:We've got some team events happening. I'm excited to see all of the team in London on the 18th of January. There's about 25 of us doing that after the massive event that we've got. It's the biggest UK event that we've ever done in my company. There's going to be 3,000 people attending from all over the country, some people coming from the US, for this incredible event. Afterwards we're going to have an intimate team lunch and I cannot wait for that. And then we've got the end of the month as well in Manchester. All of the team who are coming to Manchester that day. I think it was around 25 to 30 of us very intimate, lovely group of people. We are going to be doing our afternoon tea in Manchester on the last Sunday of the month as well. Loads of those teamies I've never even met. Some people come in as far as like Cornwall to come to this afternoon tea, which I'm just so blessed to hear.
Speaker 1:Ultimately, when I look back over the last five years of being part of this online travel business, I think we've come such a long way. When I first started, none of us knew what we was doing. We were literally winging life. We were so amateur, but we just did it messy and we was loud and proud and we just had belief in ourselves and our abilities and ultimately did all of the things Frazzled hot mess expresses. That was literally what we and ultimately did all of the things Frazzled hot mess expresses. That was literally what we were the blind leading the blind. But ultimately, the results that came and why they were so quick Even in the middle of a global lockdown, when no one was traveling and our travel businesses were still growing it was because of the belief, it was from the heart that we had at the beginning.
Speaker 1:It was pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones. It was going live. It was shouting about this business when no one could even get on a plane. That is what grew the business. Now, five years in, we're a lot more advanced. We're a lot more streamlined In our wider team. We've got 4,500 people.
Speaker 1:In regards to the opportunity, there's 121,000 people doing this across the 20 different countries that we operate in, partnered up with the world's largest, highest paying and oldest home-based travel agency business in the world, and then also to have the ability to build a residual income from sharing that business model with others. Helping other people build an income from home, around the families, around the jobs, around everything else that they've got going on in pockets of their own time, whether they've got big goals or little goals, is just incredible to me. So yeah, guys, that's what you're going to get the more of this year. I might bring up some of my team as well and do some interviews. The whole point is I'm just sharing a little bit more documentation in terms of what I'm doing. Just another platform to share a little bit more into the insights of my brain.
